Hōkūleʻa Sails Into Pearl Harbor

For the first time in Hōkūleʻa’s 42-year history, the legendary canoe will sail into the waters of Pearl Harbor. The crew will be welcomed at Rainbow Bay Marina on Saturday, February 10, at 10:00 a.m. by the Puʻuloa community and US Navy who are hosting the canoe.
Hōkūleʻa will be greeted at Rainbow Bay Marina with traditional Hawaiian protocol and a military welcome, the Navy League will be hosting a water and light refreshment station for the crew, chanters and hula dancers.  The event is open to the public and $1 parking will be available at Aloha Stadium. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and water.

Hōkūleʻa will be open for public dockside canoe tours on Sunday, February 11, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Monday, February 12, through Friday, February 16, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
