http://www.navyleague.org/coun...The Honolulu Council Navy League is one of the largest in the nation.
The Honolulu Navy League has three missions: to enhance the morale of active-duty personnel and their families, inform and update our public representatives and our community on the importance of strong sea services, and support of our youth through programs such as the Naval Sea Cadet Corps , Navy Junior ROTC and Marine Corp. Junior ROTC ; building leaders within our young people and exposing them to the values of our sea services.
We are a military service organization, rather than a veterans’ organization, although we cherish and support our Veterans and Wounded Warriors. We are the trusted civilian partners of the sea services, supporting their mission, their personnel and their families.
Over the years, the Honolulu Navy League has amassed a lengthy record of accomplishments in the community and remains respected by our members, citizens, community, industry leaders and public officials. Our members are recognized for their integrity and patriotism. The Honolulu council also hosts many events in our community to support and celebrate the sea service members and their families.
