As President of the Navy League of the United States Honolulu Council, I want to invite you to join us.
Navy League is a civilian organization dedicated to informing the American people and their government that the United States of America is a maritime nation and that its national defense and economic well-being are dependent on strong sea services; the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and U.S. Flag Merchant Marine.
The Navy League mission is threefold:
- Inform and update our public representatives and our community on the importance of strong sea services.
- Support our youth through programs such as the Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Junior Navy and Marine Corps Junior ROTC, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts; building leaders within our young people and exposing them to the values of our sea services.
- Enhance the morale of active-duty personnel and their families.
We also work closely with Friends of Windward Wounded Warriors, as their sponsoring organization, to assist that great organization in their good work.
Look at the calendar of events on this website and find something that interests you. There are ample opportunities to engage, learn, communicate, educate, serve, volunteer and have fun!
